People experiencing <a class=\"L-ZXL QZImc\" href=\"https:\/\/www.familyjusticecenter.org\/commentary-domestic-violence-how-trauma-impacts-the-brain-and-behavior\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-hook=\"WebLink\"><u>trauma from domestic violence<\/u><\/a> are often at risk for <a class=\"L-ZXL QZImc\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bmhsc.org\/blog\/the-connection-between-domestic-violence-and-ptsd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-hook=\"WebLink\"><u>post-traumatic stress disorder<\/u><\/a> (PTSD). Though avoidance is normal, too much of it can prolong your stress and keep you from healing. Gradually, try to ease back into a normal routine.
