Proporcionamos alojamiento seguro en apartamentos totalmente amueblados en lugares confidenciales de todo el condado de San Diego. Crisis House apoya a las familias que se recuperan de su trauma proporcion\u00e1ndoles asesoramiento individual y de grupo, gesti\u00f3n de casos, atenci\u00f3n sanitaria, alimentos y otros servicios de apoyo cruciales. Las supervivientes aprenden a formar unidades familiares no violentas, a identificar las se\u00f1ales de alarma en las relaciones t\u00f3xicas, a proporcionar apoyo emocional a otras supervivientes, a reconstruir su autoestima y a establecer l\u00edmites saludables. Se capacita a las mujeres para que introduzcan cambios positivos y saludables en su estilo de vida. Pasan a ser independientes y autosuficientes aumentando sus ingresos y asegur\u00e1ndose una vivienda permanente cuando terminan el programa.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_7 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">El 99% (99%) de las familias que salen de una vivienda de transici\u00f3n son colocadas en una vivienda permanente mediante realojamiento r\u00e1pido. El objetivo es apoyar a la familia para eliminar las barreras que impiden su acceso a la vivienda. Tenemos una asociaci\u00f3n a largo plazo con Soroptimist International de Poway y North San Diego, que proporciona y subvenciona el alquiler de varias unidades en una asociaci\u00f3n con Community Housing Works. Las Soroptimistas tambi\u00e9n asesoran a las mujeres durante y despu\u00e9s de que abandonan el programa. Las familias reciben asistencia financiera y gesti\u00f3n de casos mientras nuestro Localizador de Viviendas ayuda a encontrar viviendas seguras y
