We believe in both the power of healing and also in the power of play. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block2\"><\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p id=\"viewer-fknth\" class=\"bbl5c dkFHG _8UBmS _-7CKp\" dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"zKS-7\"> This month, fourteen (14) kids joined Camp HOPE for an entire day of fun-filled adventure at a local Trampoline Park. Through this event, we provided our kids with the kind of play that makes us jump, dodge, flip, and laugh for hours on end. We will always believe in the kind of play that allows kids to be kids, filled with hope. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block3\"><\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<div id=\"viewer-a8rjb\" class=\"bbl5c dkFHG _8UBmS _-7CKp\" dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"zKS-7\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block4\"><\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p id=\"viewer-2h5su\" class=\"bbl5c dkFHG _8UBmS _-7CKp\" dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"zKS-7\">This event included a \u201cchallenge by choice\u201d activity during which the kids were encouraged to step or &#8220;jump&#8221; out of their comfort zones, while also developing skills for the future. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block5\"><\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p id=\"viewer-3r63m\" class=\"bbl5c dkFHG _8UBmS _-7CKp\" dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"zKS-7\"> <em>Crisis House prioritizes the needs of our community\u2019s children through Camp HOPE. This program provides trauma-informed camperships, year-round mentorship, counseling, and other activities to 125 children each year. This cost-free programming provided to underserved children in San Diego has a reputation of accomplishment in healing children struggling with the effects of trauma as a result of domestic violence. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block6\"><\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p id=\"viewer-3u3ie\" class=\"bbl5c dkFHG _8UBmS _-7CKp\" dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"zKS-7\"> <a class=\"L-ZXL QZImc\" href=\"\/ar\/our-programs\/camp-hope-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-hook=\"WebLink\"><strong><u>Learn more about opportunities to support Camp HOPE! <\/u><\/strong><\/a> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Camp HOPE Believes in the Power of Play!
